I am willing to pick up litter. I might even be able to get others to do it with me because I just started a meetup group. However, I don't have a pickup truck and would rather not put a bag of (often wet and smelly) trash on the back seat of my car. If citizens are willing to clean up the town, the town can help by sending a truck to pick up the garbage bags.
