FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION
This is an Emergency Declaration supplement to the Portsmouth Executive Order 2020-1 issued March 16, 2020.
COVID-19 continues to spread globally. For the protection of the health of the people of Rhode Island and the further prevention of the spread of COVID-19, and pursuant to the Rhode Island General Laws and the Town of Portsmouth Emergency Operations Plan, including but not limited to Title 30, Chapter 15 of the General Laws, I do hereby order and direct the following:
- All residents and establishments are directed not to host or attend gatherings of 10 people or more.
