a. Application for a Class BV Alcoholic Beverage License: Schooners LLC d/b/a Schooners, 568 Park Avenue, Portsmouth.                 Owners: Carolyn Sweet and Douglas Deleone, 538 Park Avenue, Portsmouth

b. Request approval to retain the permanent expansion of the service area to include a maximum 25’ x 30’ patio in a fenced outdoor  area, comprising approximately 750 sq. ft. area located on the west side of the building, weekdays until 9pm and weekend and        holiday eves until 10pm, year round. Also to include a 328 sq. ft.
